We only offer fixed fees so that you always know how much it will cost you to get your tax return prepared by us.
The fee is agreed up-front so that you know what's coming, and we will make sure you know what is expected of all parties involved to make sure the tax return process goes as smooth as possible.

We'll need some information from you in order to get started, and we'll also need to get you to sign and engagement letter.
Once you have engaged us to be your accountant, we will ask you some questions, then send a detailed tax checklist your way so you can make sure you've got all the information together to get your return done the right way.

Once we've reviewed the info you've provided and prepared the majority of your tax return, it's time for a chat.
We find that Zoom meetings work best, but we're flexible and we can do phone calls or emails if that is more suited to your needs.
We use this meet and greet to get to know you, your tax background and to answer any tax questions you may have.

Once we've finalised your tax return, we will send it to you for electronic signing. That's right - no printer required!
Once you sign your return and pay your pre-agreed tax return preparatio fee, we will lodge your return with the ATO. The ATO will the process your return and any refund will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account.
