Kate is our founder, managing director, and small business champion.
She's also a Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent, Fellow of The Tax Institute and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of Newcastle.
After 10 years working as an accountant and advisor to small and medium businesses in the Hunter Valley, Kate decided it was time to go out on her own so she could help even more small business owners achieve their own version of success. Kate is passionate about helping business owners improve their financial literacy skills and helping business owners to develop and achieve their financial goals.
Sophie Brenton
Soph is a powerhouse consultant with over 15 years of executive management, bookkeeping, and CFO experience. She has a passion for helping businesses thrive and empowering business owners to understand their numbers.
With her expertise in business strategy and planning, cash flow management, and operations, Soph has already assisted more than 150 small businesses across Australia.
